About Us

Our History

The idea of Alfa and Omega Networked Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Alfa & Omega NBS) was conceived out of a need to help the ever growing number of people who exit big business either because they want to start a "second half" career or due to them being retrenched or exited on early retirement. Bankseta commissioned an international research on a Work-Life-Renewal Model to assist people exiting big business. This model was successfully piloted in Absa and then gave birth to Alfa & Omega NBS who initially focussed on sustainable SME development and support.

Today Alfa & Omega NBS is a well established business who still deeply cares for the small business, but who has now become an organisation with a national footprint and one with a capability to cater for a wide spectrum of HR or people related challenges faced by large and small local as well as international businesses.
